You have been in the process of upgrading this app for 5 months now with no update! I have had to jump through hoops to access my financial details. Get it fixed already!

Does not give you payment option. Does bot allow you to pay by urself. Does not give you updated balance, if you call them you are always in que for more than 39 min. They need some really good upgrade. Feels like these guys are still in their 1990’s not yet entered the new genration.

App not really an app! Please, get an IT to fix this!

Don’t even bother with it. How can a company the size of Toyota have such an unprofessional amateur app that I can’t even log into. Disgraceful.

To log into the app it takes me to the website and then you can’t login cause it keeps saying incorrect details. Not very easy to use and why have an app if it just takes you to the webpage anyway?

The app used to be alright… when it actually worked. I’ve not been able to check my loan balance in months. Please get this sorted out Toyota..
