The MyFlex app gives you a full overview of your training data anytime, anywhere. All training units, body composition measurements and the current weekly goal are updated in real time.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
Add your outdoor activities manually or link your account to other applications such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings. So you can keep track of your activities outdoors and you won't lose your data.
