The medical card has no issues however the deny every other childcare reimbursements and receipts from the school are all the same they are a scam company

Very easy to use

There needs to be a better way to submit receipts for reimbursement when it comes to purchasing over the counter products. There is no provider to be listed or mileage to be added. And do you want every product listed on the description? And am I correct in choosing miscellaneous to categorize it? There has to be an easier and more clear way to do this.

As usual too complicated. Always needing more information and paperwork. Always denying and putting holds on account and never finding contact information for help! I only use this nightmare service to help save money! Every year, it’s the same issues. Just submitted a request. Can’t wait for an issue!

Worst provider ever

It took almost a month to get an issue resolved. In that time, I was told I would get a call about the status of my denied claim and no one called. That led to my card being suspended. I had to call 3 times to check the status. The representatives were always very nice and helpful so that’s a plus.

So easy to submit claims and upload receipts! Very user friendly format!
