Dr. Abhilasha Sahoo , consultant ENT must be more cordial with her patients and spend more patient time listening to them especially when the fees is Rs.1050/ This was my experience during my visit on 3/6/26 . Just an observation .

Called at 9.00 AM Had to wait till 10.00 AM Doctor did not come. Advised receptionist to reimburse my consultation fee. She said you have booked online you can cancel appointment online for reimbursement Now not able to cancel. Loss of time. Loss of money. Worst Administration. No care for patient inconvenience and time.

Couldn’t add or edit member profile. Reports should automatically get added

App is not user friendly

The billing process of the hospital is really bad and needs immediate improvement. The process of discharging takes more than 3 hours.

During adding a new member , selecting State and city is impossible so one cannot add a new member. Then take appointment on call after that u hv to make payment which again is not working on app.

Unable to fill the city name and state name

I was advised on telephone to book appointment after downloading app and make payment on line and get 15% discount. I have booked on app and paid online but NO DISCOUNT HAS BEEN GIVEN. 2. I want to add a new patient/ my husband but app is not allowing as repeatedly I am not getting OTP to make the addition!

Every things on app is manual . There is no sync of report / appointment

I had the delivery of my 2nd child done at Fortis, Mohali around a month back. Moreover, all along I have been under consultation of Dr.Akanksha(Gynecologist) and Dr.Gagan Priya (Endocrinologist). It was a high risk pregnancy with GDM since beginning. However, both the doctors helped me throughout in order to carry forward my pregnancy with ease. Dr.Akansha is one of the most approachable person in Fortis who had always been available to provide her service during any hour of the day & night. My son was also in NICU post delivery and I must say, the entire NICU staff and Dr.Diljot (Paediatrician) have been excellent to our son. Heartfelt thanks to Palna Staff & NICU staff once again for taking care of me & our son and providing us with a beautiful experience & excellent service. Regards
