This app is used at my new job…but!
The app works well on the daycare tablets, but I am not a user, my picture is not in the app, so I cannot move myself from room to room. It was suggested by my director that I download the app to my phone or tablet, so I did, but there is no place for me to register so I can access the app. There is a password reset option that will send a reset password code to my email, but I am not getting the code because my email is not registered because I cannot figure out how to register. Update: My regional director sent me an email which I was able to use to register/reset my password and now I can log in, see my students and my account. What I cannot do is check myself in, check my students in, or save any type of Moment. I keep getting “Access denied”. I tried using the QR code to check in, I was still asked for my PIN code, which I do not have. I looked up how to set one up, apparently that is an Admin function and I cannot set it up myself, so I still cannot use this app. I am beyond frustrated at this point and considering reverting back to paper Daily Sheets! Yall really need a Guest Account that can used while Main Accounts are being set up, as well as another location to move staff and students too called “Emergency Location” to be used in the event the Center has to evacuate students.
