MyGHMC Citizen App For The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, Sharing the birth and death certificates for records digitally signed on GHMC server and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

Garbage collector

I I am from Banjara Hills Road number 10. I have complained lot of times that garbage collector is not coming to garbage every day. I also requested to change the garbage man because he does not agree for coming all days. It’s really not hygienic living in this type of atmosphere Whom should I contact for this please help

dont expect any positive response from any of the officials. they will never act in time. moreover they will safeguard their department officials at all times despite bringing any irregularity. worst App, Worst service from officials

Regarding street light

I have raised a request for street lights in our lane on 21st February but my request is closed on 12th March by giving the reason “problem is solved” but intact nothing was done . Again raised a request on 14th March 2024 but till now no action, tried to call the concerned person more than 20 times but he never lifted my phone The services are very bad

The app is not serving the purpose of resolving issues. The call Center reverts and questions if satisfied. But if your reply is a NO, nothing is done beyond that. The ghmc officials are uncouth and used to bribes. Nothing moves forward without that. They are hand in glove with local politicians. For example, Jaffar the local leader came and threatened that he will disconnect / block our drain. When asked to produce the ghmc permission, nothing is shown but I was threatened for objection to mix the local drain line in our BPCL retail outlet premises, which they are not supposed to. Not one ghmc official addressed this. So IT CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR INVOLVEMENT. And complaints are closed by officers without resolving .

Once you open the app you have to wait soooo long. and I have made a transaction for property tax, after that when I tried to download the receipt for the same it showed me “error server is not working” and I didn’t find any option to get my receipt downloaded anywhere in the app. TS government should make it user friendly for the citizens. Also in the option “help” there is a demo section which is totally waste and not helpful at all. So I’m giving minus 5 star rating for this bad application and the huge failure of the TS government especially the GHMC department.
