Apple Watch app doesn’t always work as it should and now you can’t reset the remote start timer? Why?? What happened to the Alexa Skill? On the verge of losing a customer.

I can’t even open the app, tried updating and still nothing……. Is GMC even doing anything to improve usability? I haven’t used the app for over a year. Onstar sure does bill my card monthly without fail but now figuring there is no value to service. Also, I recently received a text message saying truck was low on DEF fluid so I proceeded to fill up only to accidentally spill from overfilling. Appears it was not low after all. Really disappointing.

App won’t load dealerships for service, it’s stuck on the spinning circle. FIX your APP!

Ford offers a free app with remote start included AND their remote start offers a timer, so you can program your car to start every day at the same time. This app breaks everything you could want your truck app to do into different packages and you pay for every one. It’s a rip off. Edit: GMC’s response to this was to tell me that if I want to access all the features I want, I have to subscribe to OnStar. Great. Again, other manufacturers don’t force you to pay out the nose for every different feature.

Very frustrating that when you go to use the app, it logged me out and every time I try to login it takes me to an error page. Worthless to have! Tried to uninstall and reinstall and same thing.

It seems daily I have to close the app because it says not available.

Love the app, very functional but the schedule service section is not working currently so using points is not an option. It just spins while trying to search for a dealership. Please fix!

Why does this app take 5-8 seconds to open now?

The Apple Watch app is completely useless. It cannot work on its own. Even with a cellular Apple Watch the app still needs an iPhone nearby. What is the point of the app on the watch? What a waste of a potentially great app.
