Not a fan. Currently can’t login (and bought a 10-trip that I now can’t access) because of random error code that has nothing to do with anything on my end. When you forget your password, the screen that comes up has a submit button that you can’t access while typing (and no option to close the keyboard). Currently not showing train times either. Would have been better off just looking up the schedule and buying ticket at the bus stop each time.

So besides the error of me not being able in right now with my password and having to use the last of my change to go home, the real time tracking, bus times locations don’t for nothing, it ask for your location then sends you to “palisades lot J” it seems like they let 3rd graders use there sony “my first app” program for this app? Avoid this bus and app as much as possible

Tried getting a Metro-North train ticket through this app, but the ticket person on the train did not recognize my ticket or this app. I think maybe I got a bus ticket on accident, but it was impossible to tell in the app. If you want a Metro-North or LIRR ticket, use the TrainTime app instead!

Bus service: pretty good, though sometimes if the train is a few mins late the bus has left Tarrytown sta already. Sometimes the bus driving en route to train is very slow and oblivious to the train schedule. Ticketing: terrible. The app will not let me sign in or even retrieve a password. It keeps saying I am using the wrong format-but my phone and the app are both updated. The machines to buy tix are very cumbersome and slow…way too many screens just to buy a single ticket. You cannot buy them ahead of time because they expire after 2 hours. Then if you get to the sta on the train you better have exact change for the bus because its departure is imminent.

The app is great,but why it logs you out randomly making you not be able to buy a ticket or use one and when you try to login it just says error.

Clean buses easy to buy tickets respectful driver comes on time

So helpful to know when the buses are coming And when they will be late or canceled. Getting tickets is a breeze. Literally makes life easier. 👍🏻

The app is only giving info on out of service trips. Nothing else is accessible. Cannot access my pitched tickets or any other info. Website is not helpful either.

This app does not allow me to purchase mobile tickets - please advise if this is still an option

I can’t even log In and on top of that , when I click forgot pw you guys send a 6 digit code for 5 boxes.
