I switched to Guilford savings bank about 20 years ago from Bank of America. I switched because I was getting charged all of these hidden fees. I went to Guilford savings bank and sat with my good friends mother and she told me that’s not how they did things there. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since and told many people about my positive experience Yesterday I found out that I’ve been getting a $20 monthly charge for a number of years that I was not aware of. I think that’s it absolute crap. I’m a public school teacher and I scraped to make ends meet. I will switch banks if the fee is not reimbursed. Good banking should be how you treat your friends. Friends would not do that.

I’ve banked with at least 8 different banks and I really must say they are the best. They give you this comfort every time you walk in which is important to me. Everyone works so hard for there money and I trust this bank. The customers service is over the top. In the summer they got the A/C cranking and being a landscaper well I sure do appreciate that. I would highly recommend giving GSB a shot I guarantee your going to love the service they provide.

Amazing, so easy to use

Awesome bank

This bank likes loves to lock me out of my account or stop payments once or twice a month. Getting tired of taking time out of my day to let them know its me using my own account. If this continues ill find another place to keep my money.

I used to easily access my accounts from phone and computer and easily deposit checks. No longer. I can’t even get into my account on my work computer and depositing checks using my phone is now tedious rather than convenient.

This “new and improved” app is incredibly confusing, totally unintuitive, and endowed with a healthy dose of complexity for complexity’s sake. Yes, customizable, but one has to go several levels in just to get basic information. The previous app was way clearer and simpler and the transition has been jarring and unsettling.

Customers lost important functionality with this new platform, hard to understand why the usability would step backwards.
