This app is a disgrace. Happy to know where my tax dollars are going!

This app is literally advertised on specially placed signs to alert residents how to report illegal fireworks (cuz Fourth of July is a few days away and people just can’t wait…) and the app IS USELESS. It’s frozen and it’s been like that since at least new years.

The Home Screen opens up and it appears well organized and intuitive. The problem is, and remains that none of the buttons work. There is no functionality to the app. This problem has been persistent for about a year so I doubt it will be fixed at this point.

White screen and everything frozen. Useless app.

This app crashes and does not load to the point of frustration. Take the time to remedy it so it can work and help the citizens of HB use it effectively.

App no longer works

This update is garbage. It doesn’t work.

Bang for the buck rates this app deficient in almost every category . At least it functions some of the time after doing complete delete and reinstall. App software management and design seem to escape your IT providers. Maybe time to just either give up and safe our tax dollars or hire some competent app provider. Clearly whatever you’ve tried continues to fail miserably.

Always freezes up. Can’t ever get past the home page. Only works when i delete the app than reinstall. Than it only works one time and freezes again. Its a great idea. But it just doesn’t work.

90 percent of the time this App is nonfictional. It has great potential but someone from the city need to finally fix this!
