لا انصح باستخدامها. ياخذون سعر المعاينة ويختفون واذا حاولت تتواصل مع خدمة العملاء محد يرد والعامل اللي المفروض يزور المبنى يغلق تلفونه

I was overcharged beyond what was written on the app. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor and no-one contacted me they kept saying they will and nothing!! Also they have no phone numbers they force you to contact them through the app or WhatsApp. The techs are also clueless! My AC is still hot!

- عمالة غير محترفة - اشتكيت لخدمة العملة مافي رد - المواعيد جدا سيئة، اخترت موعد الساعة ١٠ الصبح تم الحضور ٣ العصر. - التكلفة جدا عالية بالنسبة للخدمة - لا يوجد احترافية أحد العمال قالي كلمني على رقمي ارخص لك من التطبيق

Although this app is very convenient, the workers are not. Their staff are inexperienced and caused a lot of damage to the wall by using a wall mounted drill and inserting a heavy nail from a TV wall mount to carry a small mirror!!! Most of the times, their workers overcharge for the tiniest piece of work. Minimum you’ll pay 20 kwd for a small job that won’t take more than 10 minutes. Another issue is that the cleaning staff did not finish the job and were lazy. I do not recommend this

I paid for a laundry service and the app took my money and never registered my order. When I made the complaint, they kept telling me to wait for the bank to automatically refund the money, it never happened. Later, when I was sure it never happened, I asked for my refund and they keep telling me “the manager will call you as soon as possible” and it never happens, they kept my money and ignore my messages now! Such a scam!
