Even 1 Star is too high. Useless underfloor heating, do not buy!

Only just installed but installation was super simple, no pairing, just add it to the Wi-Fi using the thermostat, scanned the QR on the box for the app, scanned the QR on the thermostat when asked to and control on my phone as though I was in the bathroom. So far cannot fault it. Will update my review should I experience any issues

App stop working after lates update, can’t control thermostats remotely anymore ☹️

Login / registration very flaky, and then impossible to add a device!

App doesn’t work. Avoid buying thermostat if it uses this app. Can’t add to it or set up on phone. Have tried factory reset and still won’t add, plus keeps defaulting to Chinese language which isn’t very helpful

Absolutely rubbish app anyhow, and the latest version fails to connect anymore to my underfloor heating controller.

Installed in bathroom for underfloor heating , settings up in morning and evening and is working all day 🤔🤔🤔

Cannot use the app and I’ve now installed it under tiles. Crashes every single time you click on the device in the app
