Pathetic app

I was trying to use SBI care to renew my insurance. At one point it was showing but then keyboard stopped showing for few fields like pincode. And then when I refreshed it even stopped showing me option to renew it. WHAT A MASTERPIECE

Unable to modify ‘ City’ & ‘District’ fields in personal details since these Fields are not visible. Hence even after updation of personal details, previous data in City & District Field remain unchanged.

I can’t apply for Health insurance with this version. Why not update it

After updating to the latest version i.e 10.0.7, unable to login the App. Instead the device heats up. Not sure whether will be able to use the App. Needs improvement

If a user is using Iphone and when they click picture of the document it gives an error that the name has special character kindly note user cannot change file names in iOs. When pressed on attachments the app is taking from only images and not files folder.

Not able to login. It’s working ok in my laptop Online to view pension slip and other details. But with same password it is not opening in my iPhone for submission is LC through Vedio conference. Please advise

Very pathetic

I am sorry to say that this app is not worthy as it should be for the great institution like the SBI I NEVER GOT LOGIN IN THIS ALWAYS A MESSAGE APPEAR Your login failed due to: Invalid credentials OR Invalid employee status OR Login expired OR Login locked OR Login disabled Whereas when I login through website same password acceptable. I am a pensioner of the bank. Any specific instructions for us ? Secondly holiday home booking menu not available anywhere. GOD KNOWS ANYBODY READ THIS MESSAGE OR NOT.

I have been using so many apps Even SBI other apps and internet banking YONO etc. everything works fantastic. But sorry to say this HRMS app is a pain. So many times I changed the password but still it does not work. I tried getting help from the support but they too failed. This is really ridiculous. If SomeOne is listening pls look into the matter.
