I have found using and accessing my information on the HSS app extremely easy to navigate and easy to read/use. Technically speaking, I consider the app as A++ rated also!

The positive reviews are for doctors not the app. HSS is a very good institution with top class doctors. The app is garbage, unstable, and unintuitive. It is an embarrassment to HSS. Scheduling new or follow-up is virtually impossible. Look an NYU Langone’s app. It’s where I went after I gave up on HSS.

Very difficult to navigate. Cannot easily find my surgical reports. App is not user friendly. Can’t send messages to who I want through the portal. Can’t forward blood tests to my care providers outside of HSS. Need more options on the Home Page. Jonathan Cunitz

This HSSPatient portal system is an excellent tool for patients and their health provider to communicate in a much expedient way and placing phone calls trying to make appointments down loading the medical information reading messages it’s an excellent tool for patients

i have never received better care ever! the preparation for surgery and the communication has been the best. i am going to have surgery fully prepared and all my questions and concerns have been addressed. i really wish all medical providers provided services they way HSS does. i truly trust Dr Russell Huang and was so relieved he is in control. He took care of me 13 years ago and kept me mobile and pain free. please share your model of care with the rest of the world. it is nothing short of 6 stars not five. even 10. thank you so very much

I check the HSS mobile app every single day to check how many days out from the surgery date as well as messages, appointments, billing, questionnaires. Thank you Dr Buly, you are a great, great hip replacement surgeon and I recommend you to anyone I know that needs a hip replacement. You have done both my hips now, 14 years apart. 2010, my right hip and June 4th 2024, my left hip allowing me to continue playing basketball all these years and when my left hip is healed, I will continue to play at age 68 ! Thank you !

He’s an absolute pleasure as a doctor. He’s caring his concerned. Makes me feel safe. I appreciate what he does.

This is the most confusing app ever. Really hard to follow. And to navigate Take some lessons from the NYU Langone app
