Who is responsible!??
The myid travel apps (website and phone app) are absolutely terrible. I have to type in my passport and personal info every booking, sometimes I can’t book because the credit card section doesn’t exist, and refunding is glitchy as hell. Searching for flights is cumbersome and time consuming, and logging in is like a trip back to early 00s without faceid. Please, can a smart soul takeover this app development and turn into something that’s good. Considering so many people rely on this app, it needs to be good. Please I’m begging you. And also, a customer service line or chatbot is a must. Please listen!
