Can’t even schedule appointments. What a joke.

Reason why I gave it 5 stars was because number one the therapists here are super Duper sweet and they ask you how your day has been going I mean my therapist even plays games with me. I’m not even lying therapy app.

This app is terrible. I can never hear my doctor or I am unable to un-mute myself and when I can they cannot hear me, I cannot hear them. This is a waste of space on my phones storage capacity. We end up having to just use normal phone calls.

I have never not one single time been able to log into the app. I can log into the web portal just fine but the app has me constantly in a loop of entering my password, then asking for my email address, then taking me back to the login screen and telling me my email, username, or password is wrong. Can’t specify which, but that’s ok because I know all three are correct, since I use them on the web version of the portal! Absolute garbage app. Oh and don’t bother clicking the “App Support.” That’s for providers only, not patients.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It seems like whoever created this app was just trying to cash in on the tele health bandwagon and released it way too early without proper testing or coding. So many things are bugged. Such as: sometimes the camera doesn’t work and it’s basically a phone call with my provider, I can’t use my Bluetooth earphones as the mic and speaker, it rarely accepts my Face ID to log in and I have to reset my password to log in, crashes in the middle of appointment, logs off after I’ve checked into an appointment while waiting for my provider. I use iPhone XR

First time meeting via telehealth, I could see my provider but she could not see me, her screen froze and after reconnecting we were again frozen only using audio. Second appointment the app decided to make me sideways with no way for me to change my display. Can’t even login to the browser for MYIO to see if the camera and connection issues would work better there, it tells me wrong password and threatens to lock my account if I keep trying. This app doesn’t offer reminders for upcoming appointments which would be a nice feature. Doesn’t save your password or offer Face ID. The functionality need improvement in order to provide a means of connecting with a healthcare provider in a smooth, efficient manner. This is the least functional app I’ve experienced over several telehealth apps.

The latest patch claims to have fixed the logging in issue, but no: correct username, password, and email combinations are always incorrect according to the app. Worse than useless.

App is glitchy and won’t even let me log in. I can get in fine on a desktop browser but nothing works properly on the app.

I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app for every appointment. It’s an absolute nightmare. I need to see a therapist just because of the stress this app puts on me before my appointment.

They rely on user to point out problems rather than building a stable and tested app from the beginning. Really disappointing. App does not load or work properly. At first it was somewhat functional. After the recent update it loads to a blank white screen and does nothing else. I don't understand why providers use this is for a patient it is not functional.
