As a new person to Jacksonville, I use the bus system to get around for work and school. I’ve found out that the transit system is unreliable. For example, in the app it says that 16 is due in 7 mins. 31 mins later, still no bus. The live location only works when it wants to. It’s a game of hit and miss when it comes to JTA. There should be accuracy when bus routes are being ran, and live location the entire time a bus is running. Co-workers and friends told me not to rely on the app. I didn’t listen. I learned the hard way.

Every day I run into this issue with the app telling how far the bus is and giving a live location. But for some reason it’ll say a bus will be here in 1min, just for that bus to not show up at all. It makes zero sense, I had the option to hop on another bus, if only I would have knew my bus was never coming.

Inaccurate information timing is always wrong and never on time I’m always late to school and work because the bus either never shows up or it’s late

I pay every week for a pass to ride the 10 bus and for some reason they can hardly ever get the 10 bus route running. I’ve had numerous occasions where I’ve waited two or three hours for one bus to come. This is rediculous and very unprofessional.

It won’t let me buy new pass and won’t load buses

I parked my car and got on the bus, simple as that. I did have to worry about parking at the stadium and the mad rush of people after the game. Total respectful driver and everyone had their own seat on the bus. It was an easy ride and transition back to your car. I loved it.

Y'all gotta change yall app if it’s not gonna put correct times.

I would personally like to thank Jta for the job they have done specifically with the Blue LineFlyer. The route is much better with being on time consistently. And I mean much better I thank you for the changes you all have made and I really do appreciate it.

So awesome how half the time the bus just doesn’t come without warning! Keep up the great work guys!
