Awful product
AD seems to only be interested in one thing. Your money. From the insanely priced tokens to use their machine to the lack of resources and accessibility. Paying a premium price for this app is a joke. Sign their update, IOS uses can no longer access this app. It’s been 3 weeks with no access. Although, you can go to their actual website to check a guided process to program a key/fob. This would be ok if their website was mobile friendly. What locksmith uses a laptop out in the field? Typical high nosed engineers behind a computer with no experience in the field. Just pure laziness. I’ll be sticking with my Autopropad from now on.
Handy App
On iPhone 8 iOS 14.5 Had a bug during registering account details couldn’t select “business type” to register. Was unresponsive, not “Clickable/selectable”. After recent update seemed to fix. App is super handy to verify programming software needed per vehicle. As well what all functions are available per vehicle. I don’t have the paid upgrades but base options are great for now, so paid upgrades I would hope would be pretty great to have in the future.
Extremely slow
Seems to work extremely slow and buggy. Hopefully an update will fix this issue.
Can’t register
How long do I have to wait on selecting which type of company I am? Never allows a selection.
Unreliable mess of an app
Just like the last iteration of AD’s app. It worked fine for the first few months then quickly goes down hill. Trying to get this app to display vehicle info is like pulling teeth. You have to get to the vehicle, then force close the app, bring it back up and select from the previously viewed list to get info. Then force close and rinse repeat to look up next vehicle. wouldn’t be so bad if they just let us log in with a mobile browser. But as it is it’s easier to go to a physical desktop and log in. Pdf’s were and are still much better than this.
IPad?
Works great on iPhone, but crashes instantly on iPad.
Does not work on iPad Air 2
Every time I load app it just kicks out. Try deleting the app several time and reload and get the same kick out.

Stays on downloading the screen
