The details fill up dropdown does not appear though the field is mandatory. Does not let me proceed

App doesn’t work at all, unfortunately. Tried to fill in patient details, 50 percent of the form details to input doesn’t work. And without this working, you can’t move onto the next step. Not worth your time installing.

Seems no one is working on this app ,I have been trying to register but the dropdown to select relation with patient is not at all functional.Since it being mandatory field I cannot go further to self test and scan the QR code.

Did not receive OTP! Crossed the deadline of time for a strong result. Shame on the behalf of the service providers. How do people even keep their testing products. Crime.

Will die with COVID before getting the OTP from this app

No verification message came up for mobile number and buy now website is also not working, looks like app stopped working

Your apps scanbot sdk license has expired which is not allowing to submit the kit result photo.

The most pathetic app… tried several times… but didn’t get the OTP and my sampme got wasted.

This is the most pathetic product I have used. I bought the product twice because it did not show the results first time. Trying to register myself and didn’t receive the OTP despite several attempts. Tried to reach the support number and the call is forwarded and then it says that it the number is out of coverage. What on earth is a customer supposed to do? Do you have any moral responsibility towards your customers? And that too healthcare which is the of utmost importance. See you in consumer court!
