I’ve tried so many times, but I can’t log in to my account.

The top-up function on its app doesn’t work every time. I have to buy the new plan to activate my cell phone online.

売り方がかなりおかしい。10ポンドで6GBのsimを購入した。しかし、実際にそのプランは選べない。バウチャーの入力ができない。 クレカやペイパルで10ポンド追加で払えば6GBが使える仕組みは詐欺そのもの。

カードでアプリから支払おうと何回か試みたのですが、ひたすらエラーが出てきました。（カード等の情報は合っているにもかかわらず）何が原因かわからないまま試し続けたら突然支払いができるようになりました。支払いのたびに毎回これをやり続けるのは少し骨が折れます…

出来たら日本語バージョンも作って頂きたいです。

Can’t really rate something that’s inoperable as all this app now does with reliability is crash! Usually hangs like it’s trying not to crash but then bang it’s gone. Unusable. When it worked it was decent yes it had a few issues like the network but they didn’t bother me none and I rated the app highly. Please fix it so I can restore your feedback a bit. Not sure what you did in the last update but it’d killed it for me and my iPhone…🙁
