Pathetic refund process and customer support
It’s been more than 5 days I have cancelled my booking and I am yet to get my refund. Customer support is no where available and very pathetic. Please avoid booking from this app.

App auto shuts as we click on rent a car.. Please remove the error to help us use the app

Dont book a car from them its a fraud service they wont return your security deposit. This company should be shut asap. We are trying to go legal about it.
Please use other service provider. Myles will not provide you refund... Customer call will never connect.. Cars will be not in good condition. I didn't get refund for booking 6799174 yet after 2 months.
Myles has a pathetic app , representative is not present at the site of pickup, no number given for pickup representative, no mention of fuel inclusion or exclusion at time of booking, it is mentioned that while booking 120free kms and after going to the pick up and when you are ready to take your ride they tell you that there is not even a drop of fuel in the vehicle against their “full to full tank” claim, and the fuel cost has to be borne by customer. I suggest never going for this self drive service as they are totally giving worst customer experience in all terms.
We booked a car with Myles to travel to Dharamshala from Amritsar and were provided with a faulty car. When we were driving back the car’s tyre suffered a burn and the car was about to skid on the highway. When we tried to change that tyre using the spare tyre, we realised the tyre was faulty too which resulted in us having to change tyres in the middle of the highway and pay from our own pocket. When the matter was raised to Myles and the third party vendors they refused to co-operate and instead blamed us of all the mishaps. A very horrible experience with Myles - will never book with them again.
