This is truly the best workout app there ever was or could be! There is a workout for everyone on here from beginner to advanced! If you get intimidated but the gym and don’t know what you are doing this is great for you too!! On this app she is right there with you step by step doing the workout! It’s truly the BEST!! You will be sore and you will work hard, but it’s the best feeling!

Love the videos and easy to use format!

I have tried more for fitness apps than I can count. I have never found one worth sticking to, but FITHQ offers something different. I love that I can workout at my own pace, stop, pause & look at detailed videos when I need help with form. I also LOVE & APPRECIATE how helpful & responsive Jenny is! If you’re not already, be sure you’re following her on Instagram for helpful tips & bonus workouts! I have been using this app now for almost 5 months, have seen unbelievable results and am stronger than ever.

Jenny is so helpful throughout this whole app! She is encouraging and energetic! I was slacking and needed to find a new program that gave me life and this did just that! So thankful I found it!!

Jenny does not give up on you!

I have trained with Jenny for 10+ years, and There are just no words for what an amazing trainer she is. When I heard she was doing an app, I wasn’t sure if people would be able to appreciate just how amazing she is. DANG, I was wrong. Somehow Jenny has managed to bring a personal feel to such an impersonal format. The instruction she gives, and her attention to detail is unparalleled. This girl is the real deal. This app is the real deal.

I’ve tried EVERY home workout available, and Fit HQ is by far the most reliable, most effective one. I’m not exaggerating when I say I felt and saw a difference after the first four days!!! Also, Jenny is inspiring, encouraging, informative and challenging.

As an avid distance runner, I’m picky about my workouts and even more picky about who I let program those workouts for me. FitHQ has exceeded all of my expectations and Jenny is absolutely indispensable and uniquely gifted as a trainer. There are plenty of modifications offered for each movement and workout, for those that need to be extra cautious about personally specific areas that may be more injury prone than others. Through her programming, I’ve not just met my personal running goals, but have gained self-confidence in ways I didn’t know possible. Highly recommend FitHQ for those looking to challenge themselves and even more highly recommend Jenny for those looking to reach their full potential.
