Apple ile giriş yap donuyor ve süresiz bekliyor.
I’ve had and tried just about every photo organizer app available and had yet to find one that fits my needs…until Mylio. I can keep all my photos (gigabytes worth) on my desktop and be able to see ALL my photos on both my phone and my tablet. I can sort events using the Albums which gives me freedom to rearrange the photos and then rename them all so that they show up correctly in my photo explorer if I want to use that for some reason. I can easily update time stamps and dates if a picture date was overwritten somehow. I just found the way to see the titles and descriptions added on my phone so I can scroll thru and see the info quickly. LOVE everything about it. And can also keep all our devices synced with the plus version so all the photos are always available!
I work with this app intensively for a few weeks before giving it up. The interface of this app is behind the times and not user-friendly. Trying to gain the assistance of tech-support I discovered that not only is the support weak, but strictly limited to chat with tier one persons at a low level competency. The app has potential but is undermined by it’s comparative obsolescence to other evolving apps and the substantial lack of effective support.
As a paid subscriber their tech support is so frustrating. If you get a reply to an email it's once in 24 hours. If you are lucky !!!! Sad could be a decent product if they had the support to stand behind it.
I want to take a minute to upgrade my previous review. I have had tremendous success lately with Mylio. I think many of my issues were related to a Passport external drive that was one of my Mylio Vaults. I’ve reformatted it several times, but it must have some incompatibility issues out of the box that support couldn’t identify with the info they had. Now, I am loving the product as I wanted too. As I said, conceptually it’s great, now it’s working great in reality. I have invested many, many hours resolving the issues created by my initial failed synchs in terms of lost originals and duplicate files. Some my fault as it took a while to really understand what it did under the covers where I made bad decisions. So now my knowledge, system robustness and performance have greatly improved. I highly recommend this product for a serious photo curator, but move slow until you know your system. Previous Review Conceptually, this is a great product. I really want to like it. However, I have had nothing but issues. Primarily system crashes and failing synchronization across my devices. I send support many questions, some reps are helpful, others becoming impatient and short. Not really helping me resolve the issues. Makes me wonder how wide spread the bugs are. As I said, great concept that falls short.
Love this app!! The only thing I do not like is that in order for me to play the videos in the app, they have to be still saved to my camera roll. Kind of devastating the whole purpose of saving room in my camera roll. Please change that!
I was a long time Picasa user and everything was great until it was bought by Google and then little by little killed on behalf of Google Photos… Several years searching for a replacement to cover my photo needs until I heard about Mylio in the TWIT podcasts (Leo Laporte). At 1st attempt I couldn’t deal with the Mylio UI, very confusing and not that intuitive and I decided not to use it… Then I tried again several weeks ago (going into vacation) and this time I could understand (mostly) the way it works, testing it for my vacation photos that I was taking from iPhone, iPad, Photo cameras, and working on the photos in iPhone, iPad and my 2 Macs… It was great, several issues across platforms (fixed when I read the website documentation), still a few ones to fix/understand, but in general a very good app for my current/specific photo edition/storage/backup needs. Good work!
I really like Mylio Photos, but there’s just two things that are missing here. Background syncing is critical. This is supposed to protect my files, I can’t rely on my family remembering to open the app to make sure their photos are backed up. The other thing is performance, all of our phones get noticeably warm on the our iPhone 14s when the app is syncing photos. This isn’t true for other apps we’ve tried like Google Photos or Amazon Photos. Some plus would be UI revamp. It’s honestly not the easiest to navigate and some menus that come up aren’t easy to get out of unless you tap an option and then tap the X. I’d also like to see a family plan with sharing, I’m sure you all can workout the key exchange for that to work, split keys may help there. Kind of like how Resilio Sync works.
Not what I thought it was. I was looking for something that could create albums within my Apple Photo library, use AI to sort photos, tag people, remove duplicates, etc.. Instead, everytime I’d open this app, it would say it’s updating thumbnails, scanning my library with +5 hours remaining. Every. Single. Time. Just not for me. Maybe others would like some third-party library though.
