Went to use the app for a function on my car, was in a rush, the app had logged me out. I used my Apple keychain to log in, strangely didn’t work. So manually entered the password, no luck. I then reset my password using the password I usually use “this password has been used before”, which is frustrating as I have only ever used one password before so why did it not work before?! I reset my password and went to log in and the app said it was locked and to try again in 5 minutes. Not user friendly at all. The app features are great but if they don’t work when you need them, what’s the point…

The app does nothing for the cx30 in the uk. After registering the vehicle on the app you can’t actually use it for anything useful. No service information available. No vehicle information available. I thought I’d be able to pre programme routes for the sat nav, see car info such as fuel economy, tyre pressures, when next service is due etc etc. the Volvo app for my previous 2018 v40 was way better! The Mazda app just seems completely pointless if you live in the uk and own a cx30.

My 2 day old cx-60 developed an immediate fault the moment I linked this app. Has has to be towed to the Dealer.

Great app

Works just like pretty much all the tech on my Mazda CX-60 in that it doesn’t work. Please don’t buy a Mazda CX-60. Awful, awful car supplied by a company who just don’t care.

It is impossible to unlock the car with the app. Web searches state that is an eu regulation issue but my bmw had no issue locking and unlocking through the app. This should be added

Mazda are significantly behind the competition, the app has no realtime functionality and the phone can’t be used as a car key like you can with a Tesla.

Just bought my 2018 MX5 RF, looking to get the App, after registering I am waiting on the verification code arriving and it does not appear - no email received. Email address is correct and all other emails being received so no issues with mailbox.

Having just owned a Volvo XC-40 (2019), I found the app far more intuitive and feature rich. The Mazda app, as far as I have been able to fathom, does little more than report the current status of the car. Very disappointing for my CX-60.

I downloaded this today and tried to register an account. On providing an email address, you send off for a verification code. I’ve now done this at least a dozen times on multiple devices. I’m still waiting for a single verification code to come through by email. No other option is given if email doesn’t work (text). Bit stumped as to what to do next?
