I used it for the first time. Booking was so easy and the doctor was on time, very professional and helpful. Prescreption was sent by email. Im super satisfied and highly recommand it.

Please fix your app and interface it's very slow and laggy.

Easy to use

I’m a registered patient and why the app asking me to register again , it should take to my record with otp validation or some kind of authentication- asking us to enter emirates id etc..etc. doesn't help

Unprofessional, not useful, complicated and stuupid app. I straggle every single time

مافيه مصداقيه .. كل المواعيد وهمية جربت مع دكتورين نفس المشكله انهم مايدخلون الموعد

I spend more than 15 min trying to lod in this app. It keeps throwing an error message 'isPushMethod' undefined. The hospital keeps insisting to book the appointment using the app. Why does a reputed institution like Mediclinic depend on an app which is not tested properly. Already there are several bad reviews thru the years and looks like no one is listening.

After one of the last updates I can't login. I enter my phone number, then OTP, then EID and DoB, and after Verify I instantly get an "invalid membership value" error. It lasts for at least a week.
