Absolutely useless app, and website as well. Lot of crashes. Internal server errors and 404. You need a normal developers

Cant register product
Basically useless cant register product even if the app detect serial number such a waste of time
Full of errors and bugs
Constantly crashing, not receiving points on daily logins, received nothing on my birthday month despite getting an email to say I’ll be sent 100 points. They’ve limited ways on how to earn points, it’ll take 11 months of logging in every day to actually earn something. Waste of time.

產品註冊，在多鏡頭手機上近拍無法對焦，使用其他軟體圖像轉文字後，輸入框卻無法貼上。 手動輸入完之後，提示註冊錯誤⋯ 一坡三折⋯
