I tried the free myndlift app which offers a few free trials. The application works well and everything seems well adapted to my Muse S headband (gen 2). Of course the application and the number of training sessions are not enough to obtain any significant effect to increase concentration or reduce stress. Also, at the end of the training, we are quickly offered another paid version this time. I then purchased the paid version for life which offers unlimited training. When I upgraded to the paid version, the calibration changed to only the Muse S. I called customer service who assured me that the application was working fine and that everything was normal. I was also told that there was ultimately only one active electrode in the left ear. I haven't seen any information about this before and they immediately offered me a neurocoach to get advice and help make the other Muse electrodes active. As I was not interested in any way, I requested a refund, which was refused. In short, I do not recommend purchasing the application with the life training plan, and this undermines my confidence in the personalized training program.

Tried many self improvement methodologies in the past, and I mean many. Tend of thousands of dollars. Wish I would have come across this first, would have save me so much money. Hands down best self improvement system ever. Helps with sleep, focus, productivity, success, well being and happiness. Was in rough shape and this was only thing that helped me turn my life around!

The developer allows for a “free” use of the app, which is what I have done thus far, and have used it with the Muse S headband. The instructions are really wanting and the goal setting, etc rather juvenile, with an interface that is not intuitive, but merely simple to give the impression of being intuitive. I can’t c the paid version to b that vastly different or better.

It’s super easy to use. Very effective in helping me learn to relax and to focus without having to use traditional cookie cutter methods. It’s tailored to my brain so, it cannot get any more personalized.

This app requires a subscription to Myndlift and it’s SO worth it. I absolutely love this company, the app and the changes I’ve seen. Having ADHD use to make focusing really challenging but Myndlift helps me work on that by watching videos, playing games (all ADHD friendly training) I absolutely love the app. Give it a try

Dark mode with minimal blue light seems like a key feature which should be added given that people often use this app at night, and before bed. Ps. Crashes and logout have been fixed in the recent version. Thank you.
