Upon purchasing a new 2025 Nissan Patrol Platinum, I encountered an issue where the start engine function ceased to function after adding the vehicle to my Nissan app. This functionality was previously operational on my earlier 2023 Patrol. Could you kindly provide guidance on how to resolve this matter?

I tried many time to add VIN (manually and scan) it’s all showing wrong , try again. Really I’m not happy with it.

The feature is a bit slow. The locking does not always work the first time, even though there is no key inside and all doors are closed.

App opens rarely and mostly not! If I killed the app and reopened; still will not work. If I deleted it, and reinstalled it; it will work! But how often do I have to deleted and reinstall! Mine is the latest update so the iPhone iOS. This App definitely needs to be fixed!
