A pretty sad app that has no support. I never received any information on how to transition to the new site. So when I tried to get help--NONE.

C'mon, Novant. It's 2024. We want to be able to import our health records into Apple Health. You have to be one of the largest institutions dragging your feet on this. I see single location clinics that have it.

I cannot login. It keeps telling me welcome New Hanover patient. I do not live in Hanover county I live in Davidson County. The app is horrible. Somebody please help.

Why am I getting post about New Hanover & Kimberly?

Every time I try to use the app after a couple of weeks, it loads my log in info and it just gives me the bubble screen for 15 mins and finally times out. Better off using the desktop version. Very helpful WHEN it works though.

99% of the time this app doesn't work. It will not open up.

As a large company like Novant, I can’t understand how there is no engineers to have this app working flawlessly. Login tokens are getting lost or are not coded correct as I’ve only been able to actually use the app once in the last 2 weeks. A hotfix for this shouldnt take this long.

This app simply won’t allow you to use it unless you are on the latest version. That means that when I need to use it, and am not connected to wifi to update the app (like when I’m actually at my doctor’s office), I can’t use it.

I haven’t been able to log into my app for the paste week. Is there a known bug that they’re working through? It’s frustrating because I can’t access mychart (I’ve had two test results and three appointments) unless I log into the browser.

For the last several days the app either won’t load at all or it takes more than 5 minutes. It’s so frustrating! I have deleted it and reinstalled several times and it still won’t load.
