What is CMB exercise?
Unlike traditional low-frequency EMS (1~100Hz) exercises, it is an exercise method that uses low-frequency (1~100HZ) and medium-frequency (2,000Hz ~ 5,000Hz) together to ensure that the frequency signal reaches the muscles directly, eliminating more electrical pain while ensuring more release efficiency. New Side-to-Side Balance Check - Checks the side-to-side balance of major body joints such as shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles based on the full body image taken by the device's camera and shows the results.
Turtle Neck Check - Checks the direction and degree of turtle neck by taking a side image with the camera.
Body Type Analysis Check - Determines your body type by analyzing the images you take and shows you how to properly manage it.
Skeletal Balance Change Graph - Check your skeletal balance status at a glance with the graph.
