No sound!

How can we fix the sound??? No sound on videos! I’m a parent and myobrace educator. Please help so we can recommend to our patients!!

No sound on videos

Doc wants us to use the app to track exercises, but videos have no sound on my iPhone and button to download on my PC isn’t working either! Bummer.

It’s good when it plays the videos

Great app if you get it to play the videos. There’s a glitch where it won’t let you play the videos. It’s frustrating.

Help, the sound doesn’t work

I downloaded this app and tried to watch the video, and the sound doesn’t work. I deleted it then re downloaded it and the sound still doesn’t work. Please help.

Does not work/no support

The English version has no sound when trying to use on my iPhone.

My husband and I have both downloaded the app and neither of us can hear the actual videos.
