Can’t log in. Cant create another user profile.

App seems ok. But why do I kneed to add funds, just charge the credit card according to my parking session. I am so annoyed by all these companies forcing everyone to give them money upfront so they can make interest on the users money. Not to mention it is hard to use up the exact amount that is uploaded.

Puts you in the wrong location so not only do you pay for parking you get to pay for a parking ticket too. Letting them know about the error their app makes doesn’t help. You get a too bad we get to make more money off you.

Don’t bother downloading this app. Can’t even start a session unless you load the minimum $25 to the app. God forbid you should forget to end a session where the parking was actually free for the first couple hours and required plate registration. They will NOT refund the money they forced you to put on the app in the first place. Use the parking MACHINES only, don’t use the app. Leave a minute or two early to plug in your plate info at the machine to avoid this awful scam of an app.

This stupid app has a minimum reload balance of $25.00 and no smaller amounts. It should be like every other app that charges you for the time on a credit card. So dumb.

From a real crappy UI to the abysmal payment process… just a terrible app all around

The residential portion of the app always crashes. Super annoying app.

Can’t have same vehicle for two different people. If my wife or son wants to use the app to pay for parking, I need to delete the license plate from my app and they need to add on their app. Then, plate need to be deleted from their app so I can add again. Dumb.

You can’t add the same plate to multiple accounts, so if you are driving a spouse’s vehicle and they have the app with their plate in it, you can’t use the app to park. Other than that, it’s great.
