It doesn’t send to me email with verification code

App needs major improvements

It doesn’t show me all of my transaction history which is extremely annoying when you have to make sure everything is taken out of your account.

Enter my data three times, all accurate but the apps shows an error.

Just not functional or useful and card gets declined everywhere worst idea ever to get a prepaid credit card!!!

I created an account with my computer. I try to log in to the app with my username and password and it says “Bad credentials” I try the “forgot password” and it wants my card number and postal code, but the app doesn’t open my keyboard, only the number pad.

You cannot enter your Canadian postal code and it does not recognize your user name. Do not download!

When registering, I am asked to enter my postal code, but there is no ability to enter letters. Help!!

I’m no longer able to log in to my account, I tried to have my password reset but I never receive an email allowing me to do so despite the site saying one has been sent. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of, I have sent them an email as there is no number publicly available it’s been a month and I’ve just sent a second email but I’m not holding my breath for anyone to get back to me.
