By using secure token can’t log in , attempt failure many times , no is correct but can proceed , you may need to improve it ! I think it have bugs

Your app is so un-user friendly n causing more inconvenience! Why do i have to register my phone again at the ATM??!! If i have to go to the bank again to register my phone, i might as well just close my account with the bank!! Don’t bother reaching out to me to “understand” my frustration! If i could, i would even rate this at a negative rating

This new app is totally not safe!! After changing to this new app, I just found out this morning that RM800 was stolen from me in the middle of the night without my FACE ID or PIN number!!

Really disappointed for pbb app, always changing app & soo, and customer service also not really helpful at all

DO NOT convert to this new apps unless you have time to go to ATM & don’t need to do any transaction for the day. You’re required to activate PB securesign at ATM or at bank branch. If you don’t do this your account is basically frozen. Can’t do transaction thru new apps, old apps or even thru online banking. Even after you go to ATM, it takes 12 HOURS to be actually activated. Apps is suppose to make it convenience for user but you make it the other way round - more inconvenience. Good job at the worst apps ever

Activation can only be done via ATM machine or over the counter.
