I like the product for its simplicity but I'm kinda of annoyed with the need for numerous pricey add in options such as uploading more than 1gb file size (so no you can't back up your blu ray movies you have ripped) without upgrading. Upload speed can be boosted for a price and the killer for me is no uploading of files on memory sticks or SD cards larger than 16gb again without pricey upgrade options. If you have VERY simple needs then yes but beyond that it turns out to be relatively expensive.

Stay well away from these crooks. The software is buggy (I had to reinstall it on my PC 4 times). Then when you upload files they contact you to say that you have broken their (undefined) upload limit on their "unlimited" plan. They tell you in no uncertain terms that your files will be deleted and your subscription cancelled if you don't upgrade to their more expensive plan. No option of removing files, no refund applicable, no explanation, and - here's the kicker - they repeatedly tell you that there is absolutely nothing that they can do to remove the deletion flag... That is unless you pay them for a business plan. Multiple emails... No response. Deleted 90% of my backup... Nothing. No refund of my pre-paid subscription... Nothing. Just repeated emails from their "legal department" telling me that they are powerless to stop my files from being deleted unless I upgrade my "unlimited" plan to another "unlimited" plan. Scam !! Scam !! Scam !!

Do not use them! I’ve been trying to get them to help me recover files for 3 days. They won’t respond. I’ve lost pictures of my daughter as a baby and videos with my mom who died. Wish I had never used them. If o could give zero stars I would.

I spent three hours only to get nowhere in troubleshooting a problem with no resolve. And I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT WORK WIT THESE PEOPLE. You have been notified. Too bad the isn't a selection for on stars.

terrible, awful unreliable backup. It stops backing up your data and you don't even realize that 10 days have gone by without a backup. A lawsuit waiting to happen if you rely on this program to keep your data current. Or you could lose 10 days of billing data like i did. no live tech support--just email that tells you to uninstall and reinstall their program.

This app needs to removed from the App Store! They stole money from my account!

They keep charging my card after telling them to cancel 6 months ago. Bad user interface and just try to contact them by phone. How Apple lets a company like this stay on their system is truly an enigma.

Worked fine for 11 months. Since last week I could not access my files, said my access was revoked! Now that I can access my files....they are gone. I had186GB backed up and now only 51GB are there. One photo out of hundreds is backed up! Support is form email after form, all saying they will send it to another department! Hopefully I can get a refund for the remaining 2 yrs I paid for!
