This app didn’t work long time ago still does not work. Someone needs evaluate it are discontinue it. Multible complaints all way back five years ago.

The last revision dropped the ability to keep track of position changes and the daily average. Get that back and I’ll add a star. I haven’t needed to try the order tracking, so I don’t know how that feature works

Every time my wheelchair is disconnected from the app and I consent it, it says that permobil support revoked it. With the same date March 3, I power cycle the wheelchair and it still does the same thing over again with the same date.

New chair but says I only have 6 to 9 miles of range. Checked the chair and batteries. All were good . I think is a bad app.

While I am pretty sure that the developers will never read what I am about to write… Perhaps, it might be a good idea, if per Mobile had an app for our chairs that actually worked and that did not require a password every time you try and access it. Also… It might also be a good idea to get a freshman from high school to design an app that will actually stay active after you put the password in because apparently the people that designed this app have absolutely no idea how the practical uses of apps actually work. This is terribly disappointing from what is otherwise a very good chair

I have a roughly 3 year old M3 corpus chair. I just downloaded the app but it says “no chair in range” I’m sitting in the chair the joystick panel is less than 2ft from my tablet and I’ve turned on/off the blue tooth as well as the power to the chair itself. Is my chair too old for the app? I love my chair so I figured this would be a great app but at the moment I’m rather disappointed. 😭

When I first got my chair the app worked really well as far as letting me know when the chair was charged although once a week it would say it was charged right when I plugged the chair in. Now it doesn’t even tell me in a message when my chair is fully charged and I haven’t changed the notification settings and it also is one day behind on recording my miles for the day so say I went somewhere on November 10 they put those miles down as November 9

I do not trust the read out of battery usage. It will tell me that I’m lower than what I really am or not really update current recharge status properly.

I think the battery gauge needs to be tweaked a bit because it will show that I am completely empty when I still have three red bars on my controller. Has anyone else had this issue?

Overall very pleased with the functionality, amount of information and user-friendly design of this app for my Permobil F5. This app is very similar to the mobile apps for electric vehicles. Very helpful to gauge remaining battery capacity before heading out along with the GPS functionality is also nifty. Had a few hiccups getting activated but was squared away with Permobil support in short order. Feedback for future deployments would be to add ability to lock and unlock wheelchair remotely to prevent unauthorized use.
