myPersona is here to support you through everyday challenges by helping you develop the skills needed to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and increase your overall emotional resiliency.
The myPersona Model of Care is rooted in strength-based solutions and positive psychology. Our Care Team is able to help if you are experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and many other aspects of health and well-being, including exploring personal growth and enhancing your emotional health journey.
myPersona can help you with:
- Finding community by combatting effects of isolation
- Life transitions such as moving, a new job, or a breakup
- Resiliency through organizational changes, life stressors, or adversities
- Effective Communication in workplace and in personal life
- Personal Development through goal setting, and personal and professional growth
FEATURES:
- myCommunity - myCommunity is a forum for myPersona Members to offer support, kindness, and motivation to others through open emotional health discussion.
- 1:1 Coaching with our Guides – Regular 30-minute private sessions with a dedicated Guide to review your current emotional state & aspirations. Take each session with your choice of chat, video, or audio.
- KnowMe™ Technology – The KnowMe™ is a psychometric assessment that provides Members with a snapshot of their overall state of wellbeing, including current needs and motivators in life. The KnowMe™ is a validated and reliable tool that helps a Member to understand how emotions impact overall well-being. It takes 8-12 minutes to complete and can be completed in sections.
- Emotional Health Content – Discover a library of educational content including webinars, articles, and blogs here to support you on your journey to improved wellbeing.

Myhealthpersonas has increased my awareness of how every aspect of my life contributes to my happiness , my health and my success. I have learned where my strengths are and how I can use them to deal with challenging moments. My health guide is not sitting at some call center, but a healthcare professional who offers me private and objective listening and advice when I ask for it without any judgements.
