Doesn’t allow you to permanently delete videos which will eat up your free storage limit.

MyPhotoVault is good I say. I am so happy I do not pay. It comforts me when I am down. Looking at my photos all around. It does not make a sound no it does not. Unless a notification appears on top. I’ve had this app for 2 years and have used it to back up all my photos and i’ve never had an issue with that. Yesterday I go to open the app and i’m logged out and when i’m logged back in, all my photos prior to January 2023 are GONE. I’m devastated. I had over 15,000 photos and they’re just disappeared. I should have stuck with google photos.

I switched to Cricket and received MyPhotoVault with my subscription. I put over a thousand pictures in my vault. I bought a new phone to upgrade and I haven’t been able to recover my photos/account. I can’t get my photos because when I tried to get into my account it asked me to put my email in and then it would send me a “one-time code. I’ve been trying for over 4 months now but it doesn’t send anything to my email. Please help me if there’s anyone who knows how to get into your account.

I was directed to this when I added insurance for our phones. It downloaded pretty quickly & saved over 3k photos & videos. Says I can delete 5 GB worth of pictures off my phone & won’t have to worry about losing them.

This app is fabulous!!!! It allyme to save pictures my phone won’t t because of storage. Cricket is great for giving back to us, the customers! Thank you cricket
