How to log in.
You can access the application without a ticket and discover all the points of interest in Pompeii.
By accessing the application with a ticket, you will be able to take advantage of additional content. In this case, you will be able to access:
• By scanning the QR Code or the barcode shown on the ticket
• Manually enter the order number shown on your ticket
Application functionality by signing in without a ticket.
The Map feature allows you to discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the most important UNESCO World Heritage sites. For each point of interest, you will find descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Exhibitions and Routes feature you will find our suggestions for visits, such as dedicated exhibitions and routes.

Unfortunately you can’t log in once you’ve bought your ticket - either by scanning the QR code, the bar code OR the order number. The ‘enter’ button is unresponsive. It’s a shame - seems like a handy app.
Not as bad as some people say.
Worked fine on my iPhone 15pro. But audio tour does stop when phone goes into standby which they should fix. Location worked for me perfectly and it was very useful guiding me round the Pompeii. Next day I was using it and the story of the centaur looking for a mate wa very entertaining! Fix the audio bit and it will be a good companion to a visit to Pompeii.
Useless
Does not work on iOS. Cannot get past the first page to register ticket. Don’t bother
Poor app
Poor app ever. I downloaded the audio app and also the images, but the park had a poor signal, so the app kept showing errors and did not allow me to enter. Pls booked the tickets w the tour guide, the experience without guide wasn't that good
Absolutely useless!
I apologise is advance as I like to see the best in things. This app is an exception. Nothing worked, totally frustrating and deleted the app. Hopefully an App Development Manager will look into why there are so many 1 star reviews. My only question is, “was this app developed as a high school project?”
Don’t bother with this app
Unusably slow (iPhone 13 pro) and kept reverting to Italian even after being set to English and initially loading in English. I found OSM (organic maps app lets you star places to visit and has Wikipedia links) + paper site map (free inside just after entry) + PDF guide book (free download on official site) to work pretty well
Needs work
It’s just about better than nothing but has a couple of issues that need addressing. I ended up getting so frustrated with it I stopped bothering after the first few points of interest. So very very slow. Why does it take so long to do anything at all? Even after downloading the guide for offline use it’s still incredibly slow. The audio won’t run in the background, so as soon as your screen auto locks the audio stops which is kinda annoying.
