App saying payment unsuccessful after using debit card payment , so I used another card and pay, and it shows unsuccessful again. But at the end , both card deducted. Causing double payment. Ptptn, please resolve this issue.

useless piece of garbage app cant even scan IC for id verification

I was having so much payment issue when I reach the very last step it pop out the window and I failed the transaction. I tried multiple time and it deducted the payment from the bank account and didn’t receive any receipt back within 3 working days???? Halo please upgrade this system.

Bcuz of this rubbish app system , every time can’t log in for the payment then when the user/ applicant need to take loan from bank become bad record due to this stupid issues

I have tried to login so so so so so many times can’t login both apps and website, go to login website run few hours also can’t load !!! What stupid website and apps!!!!

Can’t even login after enter IC No.. The app just freeze there. Has always been this way since over a year ago. Please revert back to using Web login .

Why is it so difficult to set up eKYC! I do follow the instructions !!!
