Rubbish app. Connection issues

Easy to navigate.

I find it infuriating that I cannot get up to date Valuations and have to wait until the following day to review Performance. From time to time I am locked out of the App for no apparent reason also. Apologies for being negative but there’s still work to be done here. David

A good way to review a multitude of accounts. Clear visual and numerical statements showing all the important elements of the accounts. Could provide more than a years performance figures. Thank you.

Two niggles stop this app from getting five stars. Firstly - every time they update the App you have to re-enter your login credentials. Now this is a banking application so I keep those under lock and key, but if I’m out and the iPad auto updates the app I’m logged out of my data until I get home, re enter the credentials and the OTP. That’s an unnecessary PITA that no other app (banking or otherwise) features. Second, whilst it’s nice to get performance over time details for investment portfolios it’s lacking the ability compare actual returns with fund benchmark numbers. That could be an oversight but the cynical me suspects it’s to shield the fund managers from any embarrassing truths.

Deleted and reinstalled several times. Does nothing. I was using it successfully for a few years but it’s busted now.

I've updated this review to 4 stars. The earlier review detailed a variety of issues regards logging in, all of which have now been fixed. I can also use FaceID. But support for landscape mode remains nonexistent. There's no real excuse for not properly supporting tablets. Yes, I could use the Rathbones portal on the web, but then I lose important features such as FaceID.

Stuck at login screen. Again. Every day it seems like a lottery as to whether it is going to work A real shame as when it is working it’s a great app.

Well done Rathbones Team! Great app, great UI, such a refreshing approach from the old system. Very impressed. I would love to see an easy to use API where I can draw my holding and transactional data into aggregator apps so I can check my full net worth from multiple portfolios from one place! What I would like to see though is the buy price and buy date for each holding.
