Absolutely Horrendous and Unuseable ui. Somebody should be Ashamed. Find someone who can do it right. Massive inconvenience.

First of all, this should be integrated with the BCT ticketing app. Two apps to ride the bus should not be necessary. This app sometimes works. It mostly does not work. It will navigate away from the bus route you're trying to get information on, the location services will sometimes put you at a different place than your actual location, and it sometimes will not load at all. I complained about real time arrival to BCT and they told me that because that route was on a detour that real time arrival wasn't available. So, in short, it doesn't work. It won't tell you if a bus has a detour either, and neither will the ticketing app - you have to sign up for email alerts to find out about service changes, and sometimes they don't even send those until after the fact. Anyway my recommendation is to move to a city where public transportation works.

Nice concept. But their network is down often.

This app booty Cheeks, it could use a huge U.I overhaul. Doesn’t load most of time when u need to know where bus is how convenient

You all need to get it together and fix your app! There needs to be a warning whenever buses are running late or it broke down! The slowness and the glitches are getting annoying!

This app is impossible to use because it’s too slow and way to difficult to figure out. Once you do figure out how to use it, you realize it doesn’t give you the information you need.

The time never accurate app be lying

This app promises real time bus arrival in Broward county but it is never different from the inaccurate times you can just find on Google. I have seen buses come to my stop 10 min late with no update on the app. It is even worse when they come earlier (the time on the app never changes), and I miss the bus which does not come back before 45 min. Counting on this app to do its job is a huge waste of both time and money. It can barely tell my real location on the map. There’s neither precision in nor automatic updates on the location. Just this morning I was in front of a bus stop but the map showed I already passed it. This app is failing, not as hard as the whole public transit system in Broward, still there’s no sign neither of them will get fixed, updated anytime soon.

I’ve been using this app for a month or two now (I had it on my Google Pixel before) and it’s been great. Today something was up. I’m not sure if the bus stop (Pompano Beach by Michael’s) was moved, but the app told me it was right next to Michael’s, so I waited there, thinking the bus stop sign was past it for visibility purposes for the bus driver. So the bus stops at the stop before this one, and I wave at the bus driver. But apparently the sign was where the bus stop actually was, and it ended up passing me. Anyway, I’d had a feeling that the bus stop was next to Michael’s before, so I believe that the location of the stop just hasn’t been updated yet. I would like this resolved, for me, and for others who have no idea what happens with traffic in Broward. Thank you.
