This app totally waste of time. As I'm away from My house will use this app for bills and now it’s almost 1 month plus the app is not working !! This is totally not a user friendly. Pls update asap.

Technical dept r u guys working or sleeping such a slow work this app couldn’t open for past few months when ask customer service they r telling they are working on it… damn slow

Useless app. Lazy developers

Loading so long and get in app but still can’t make payment, payment function also don’t work how you expect we pay you money.

Stupid app which down for almost 1 month, crap

Had previously used the app to pay my bills, but last 3 month it keeps forever loading, when accessing my account it gives error messages! Terrible, even after deleting & reinstalling, it still refuses to get into my account! I wish someone would fix this Last update of App was 8 month ago Compared to TNG electricity app this is terrible!
