Very good system so easy to use

Fave place to shop esp for Home and Kids items. Easy returns if not satisfied.

Now delivery charge has gone up to RM29.90 per purchase! And my apps keep on crashing! Ive bought item before and waited close to 3 months. Some are even lost and they refunded me. But now they have improved on delivery time. Only thing is the products is not as exciting and attractive as before. Very little brands on sale and some even are from China so please do check!

They have some really good products on their platform although just be sure to check if it’s from AUS or China. Huge difference there. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been terribly bad. It’s been almost 3 months but I’ve yet to receive my items. They seem to give an automated standard reply for almost everything. The tracker link is hopeless as barely updated. If you’re willing to take your chances with a loss, then you can risk purchasing from MySale.

Do not but from this company! Its been almost 2 months, my item is “in a midst of investigation” . They refuse to refund me eventhough they are not sure whether they will be able to deliver my stuff. I purchased in march, ETA provided was april, now its almost june! And they just refuse to refund! No delivery=money back!!!

Used to shop here since day 1 Mysale avail on apps. Its a bad choice to shop nowadays. 1. Pricing looks far overpriced & showing have a big discount but actually you pay higher than retail. 2. Shipping getting more expensive nowadays. 3. Waiting time for delivery somewhere btwn 2-3/4 months to arrive. Good luck 4. Customer service outsourced to India with a very irritating reply teaching you how to track shipment when you ask where is your items already, so unbelievable. 5. Quantium tracking??? Useless tracking & courier service. 6. Return & refund? Good luck getting your refund in a month or two & contacting their customer service. If only i can slap their customer service people, am willing to pay double their shipping charges

Good products . Terrible in delivering the products , despite being charged for delivery, yet the delays can be up to a month. Customer service are apologetic, but yet delays.

I have been buying from mysale for ages. It used to offer unique brands with good price. Now the selections are limited and the price are sometimes more expensive than the retail store.

App keeps crashing this week. Please fix this. It’s no fun to be scrolling & selecting my choices, then the app suddenly crashes and I have to start searching all over again. It has happened 6 times already today. I’m getting fed up. Also I’m seeing a decline in Mysale. Items, brands and deals offered are not as spectacular or exciting as before. Why this drop in quality?
