Used to get accurate readings via their AI . Now even its positive it says invalid and unable to get certificate.

This app doesn’t work anymore. It doesn’t recorded the results. Will always say it’s neither negative or positive and that an administrator will check. That never happens. It’s not being maintained anymore and should be deleted.

Today it did not received my test and nothing updates if i test a new one. Do i need to delete this app ??

Hi Why does the app keep logging people out? And need always enter credentials?

First off, they removed this app on Google store so I was forced to download it in iOS. When you ask support about it, they will say they are upgrading and would request you to download the package separately, which is a red flag for me. Now I have it in my iPad, used it for some time and then suddenly one day, it logged me off. When I tried to log in, it says my ID is invalid. Reported it to support and they are making it hard to retrieve my account when it’s their app that got me disconnected in the first place. If I were you, don’t download it. App is useless anyway.

I’m not sure when the apps require a login. But when trying to reset password, there is no OTP receive after the request made.

Multiple reports on this issue already. Please do something, tq.

I can launch the app but can no longer proceed with recording the test. All my historical tests are also no longer viewable.

App functions at the bottom of the page does not work? Please look into this.

I have been using this product and apps for almost a year. Today it’s abnormally not functioning at all, we couldn’t get any response to proceed the next step. Not even able to start the test. The profile info also seems like not accurate when we clicked in. I am not sure if your apps server got hacked, please help to fix this as we do have personal info and worried of being misused by someone else.
