Got an I watch this yr and thought i would try the app on the watch rather my voice caddie. Im a paid subscriber to myscorecard so i get 2 free trials using the watch ... thanks for the try first team ... some problems though that would not allow the app to work .. my country does not have paid data for iwatch .. there is no wifi on the course ... no phones allowed on course (great ) ... hence the iwatch app is NOT stand alone ... it does not use the inbuilt Gps .. so no wifi and no data for iwatch ... app does not work .. so will not be subscribing further. Would be nice to know that you wifi or data on the course to make app work

I lost all of my data and scores due to a technical issue! As promised the folks at MyScorecard found the glitch and fixed it and now I have all my data and scores back. Thank you for your prompt response and excellent technical support!

This company and staff are amazing. If you have any problems or concerns they get back to you as soon as possible to take care of you. The program is easy to use and very thorough. Keeps track of your scores, calculates your index, has helpful hints and more. I would highly recommend them!

As soon as I login to app it says loading details and returns to the start. Tried support but no response

They do a good job and providing a up to date index and important statistics. My problem with this app is their customer service is horrible! They will not return a phone call and rarely respond to any emails. I have tried multiple times to get my earned badges corrected but no resolution at this point.

Email never arrives is anybody servicing this app or has it been abandoned

Does not show up in my Apple subscription, so what, do I get the “convenience” of auto renew next year without my consent? The “Manage Subscription” in the app does nothing but show you more options to extend your subscription. Also, no different feature set from paid vs. not paid. Then why did I pay for this? Another fun fact; website login does not recognize your user name & password you use with app. This all adds up to just another money grabbing, shady practice app hiding behind Apples impersonal app store.

Right now, my wife and I only do 9 holes per outing. We are new to golf and have limited time. I am also new to the app. It appears to be combining every two outings. And it looks weird. It doesn’t seem to keep the course info. It essentially creates two scorecards within the consolidated version, leading to two front courses with scores and two back courses without any scores. I like that it would be helping me calculate a handicap and the app is easy to use. It should be able to calculate the handicap by doing a “behind the scenes” grouping of 18 holes without actual grouping in the UI or in the statistics (best 9 hole score vs best 18 hole score).

First, it’s interface is terrible because of lagging. Second, the GPS is not only not updated but for the last year cannot locate me on the golf course. The app says I am out of range and thinks I’m in the ocean.
