Great services
Nicely coded application but one small issue. When a user create a guest car pass, can’t delete. Also, can’t creat another one because of the previously created one.

Buggy!
The app used to be good but the latest release crashes continuously
Wrong log in
Not authorized to log in

Everytime you want to login it says you’re not authorized And you can’t reset your password

My Aramco username and password do not work on this app. Does it not allow contractors?

Having similar issue to previous user comment…getting error message to login. User not authorized. Please fix the big or offer solution

Every time I try to log-in. It says you are not authorized
Visitors Copy request issue
If I create a request and indicate the car manufacturer as NISSAN, I will not be able to copy the request at a later time. The app will just crash. Please fix the issue Thanks
Customers resetting access
Customer can not reset his password in case he forgot it. There is no clear procedures to reset passwords.
