Whether on this app or the MS software, neither works after the last update. I can put items in my cart but am unable to checkout. It’s freezes while processing the payment. This has gone on for 3 days!!

It will not allow me to login, and I deleted the app and re-download it, and still the same thing

Why can’t I bring up the library on the app?

Must be able to connect to your sewing machine to work. Does not link into the mysewnet app even with paying a prescription fee each month.

When this first came out - it worked. Now even with the latest version - I still do not have the QR box listed on the home page. What gives???????

Looks promising but still not working…wish resolution was around the corner, like yesterday! Developers shouldn’t put a 1/2 working product out? Good business practice? Tried 1.0.6 version. This time I actually was able to log in. 2 of the functions worked BUT version 1.0.10 updated. Now I have NOTHING but loading loading. Why is it not syncing or minimal open. I get 5he initial alert about accepting alerts but then loading loading. Is this acceptable? 🐾

This still doesn’t work. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The monitor crashes immediately. Plus I’ve had to sign in each time. Unacceptable. Seems Viking - svg always launches things before they are ready. Can’t think of anything tha actually worked on first launch. It should not be this complicated. Get it right. Then launch. 🙁
