My experience with MySIPOnline has been good since 2017. One suggestion to the developers. Please include the duration of SIP. Currently it tells us when we started SIP, it will be helpful if it also shows for how many months we had opted initially like 12, 24, 60 months etc. This will help the investor understand how many more payments are left to maturity. Rest everything is good. Kudos to the team.
To everyone who’s investing money, Please think about it once, I’ve invested my money in this app, I’ve invested in both Kotak Mahindra and SBI Blue chip, Firstly I don’t know, how I entered my wrong details(One digit wrongly mentioned) after that my money kept on deducting, When I closed my account and asked them to refund, they asked to provide few documents to correct the account number, for which I’ve provided them whatever they’ve asked for, after 1 year of wait and hustle they finally gave me a reply by saying, Some Third party AMC has refunded your money in the wrong account number you’ve mentioned. I just wanted to ask you guys, who all are investing your money here :- • Is your money really safe this way ? This happened with me for a very small amount of 3k, what would have happened if I would have invested around 1 lakh or 2 lakhs. • Entering wrong information gives you authority to deduct and never verify the account name and number from your end. This was my true experience which I’ve shared. I don’t have anything against this Organisation or App.
I use this app last 2.5yr o words, still I love it. Strongly recommend those who beginners in SIP.
No customer support by them i tried calling there customer care number at-least 20 times but they never pick the phone and when i raise the ticket on there app they closed it automatically by saying your issue has been resolved
Undoubtedly the App is superb but whenever I add any MF plans in the cart , the cart screen start flickering continuously. Using Iphone 11 , still not sure that the problem is with the app or with the phone itself. On the other hand all other apps are working satisfactorily.
App doesn’t give proper descriptions of all transactions. No single page fund/payment data is available after redemption! Total value, gain/loss etc shown have no relation with actual entitlements. Even after closing my account, it still shows my credit of 98k! Tickets opened with help desk are closed unilaterally without resolving vital issues. Customer care executives are unable to comprehend the issues when talked to them. Repeated requests to give full account details fell on deaf years. We can never correlate the redeemed fund with the amount credited to bank, especially when we redeem multiple funds. In short, the norm is Bhagwan Bharose!
Online Support is really good. I am Using this app from last year. There are some funds which seems to be not updated regularly but rest is all great.
