Compliance reports don’t work
It takes about 10 minutes for the reports to sync and then they still end up blank. This is the only reason for having the app and it doesn’t work.

I have used the Transcend CPAP unit for a little over a month now and had no issues at all. The Bluetooth issue mentioned by a few must have been resolved as my unit has connected and done a sync every morning without issue. If you are in search of a travel CPAP unit I would highly recommend the Transcend unit! It is lightweight and the overall size of a softball.
The app needs a new version where we can Custom the view of the dates, that we can see an specific date or period.
For such an amazing little machine and how many are being sold, it’s amazing that Transcend has still not fixed the bluetooth syncing issues. just received my brand new machine and it works just fine without bluetooth, but my machine can never get to the green light on the BT button that shows BT is working, hence i can’t sync any data to the app, making the app useless. is it a firmware update? an updated app? please Transcend, fix this issue for the end user! if the bluetooth functionality worked i’d give this a 5-star rating.
The device has potential but I will return due to frustrations with Bluetooth issues and app not up to par. I’d rather get something that is better all around. Customer service is also lacking. They close at 4:30 pm. I emailed the company asking about products and no one has responded. I ordered a muffler and it does seem to be for the device I have (useless). They have major work to do. A good product with poor app, service and support is not worth it. I hope you improve, I really like the device but every thing else is poor.
Setup is fine, it shows i can connect to the device via bluetooth in settings, but sync never works and the app is unresponsive while trying to sync
Ever since I first got this machine last year, I have been having trouble connecting my bt, now I got a fault reading number 1, while on vacation in Aruba, the date time is off and I can’t clear the fault from the machine
I have everything set up and that was fairly easy. However when trying to sync data there is a Bluetooth issue. The light displays green however the app says to connect to Bluetooth. It synced once when I deleted the app and reinstalled, however should not have to delete the app every time I want the data to sync.
I was worried at first reading some of these reviews, but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up. It’s working flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier!
Was a bit confusing, but reading the manual, it worked like a champ.
